As general consultants BLUEWATERS accompany our clients during project planning and implementation. Although the design and submission are usually done by our local partners in the country of operation, BLUEWATERS secure the planning process and ensure that all quality criteria are met according to FIDIC and EU-Standards.

Construction supervision, monitoring and control of projects, as well as commissioning are being done by experts well experienced and carefully recruited on a project specific basis.
For tender procedures we apply International Rules and look after their full application.
